When you apply, we collect the details you provide: identity and work contact information, company and role, agent context, target timing, evaluation concerns, and any optional URL. Basic hosting and anti-spam services may process technical request information.

Verune Labs uses application information to assess fit, respond, plan a possible engagement, protect the form from abuse, and understand the acquisition funnel. Analytics events are designed not to include application text or contact details.

Depending on configuration, form delivery may use HubSpot, email delivery may use Resend, spam protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile, analytics may use Vercel, and scheduling may use Calendly. Their processing is subject to their own terms.

As an operating target, unqualified inquiries are deleted or anonymized within 180 days. Active opportunity records may be retained during the relationship and for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction for continuity and business records, unless law or an agreed contract requires otherwise. Evaluation artifacts follow engagement-specific retention and deletion terms.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete application information by emailing privacy@verunelabs.com. Verune will verify the request and respond in line with applicable obligations and any contractual limits.

Service providers may process information outside Indonesia. Do not submit sensitive personal data or production customer data through the application form.
